Study Mode: Blended Learning

Be prepared to respond effectively in remote and isolated environments where access to emergency services may be delayed. This nationally accredited remote first aid course equips you with the practical skills to manage emergencies and provide extended care until professional help or aeromedical retrieval becomes available.

Unlike standard first aid training, this course focuses on prolonged casualty care, environmental risk management, and decision‑making in remote settings, ensuring you can respond confidently when immediate assistance is not available.

This training is suitable for individuals working or travelling in remote areas, including industries such as construction, mining, outdoor recreation, and remote operations.

At Australian Training Institute, we focus on hands‑on, scenario‑based training designed to reflect real‑world remote conditions. Our courses align with the latest Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC) Guidelines, ensuring your training meets current national standards and workplace expectations. Whether you are new to remote first aid or refreshing your skills, this course is suitable for all experience levels where extended care may be required.

This course also includes CPR training (HLTAID009) and Provide First Aid (HLTAID011).

What you’ll learn:
