                                    UETDRRF004 - CPR LVR Training Course Brisbane
                                    Overview:

                                    This nationally recognised Low Voltage Rescue (LVR) & CPR course covers the performance of rescue procedures from live Low Voltage (LV) apparatus, not including overhead lines and underground cables in the workplace.

                                    It specifies the mandatory requirements of rescue from a live LV panel and how they apply in the context of transmission, distribution or rail work functions. It encompasses responsibilities for health, safety and risk management processes at all operative levels and adherence to safety practices as part of the normal way of doing work.

                                    Pre-requisites: 

                                    HLTAID009 Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation (this unit is done in conjunction with this course).

                                    As an assessment requirement of the HLTAID009 unit, participants must be able to perform at least 2 minutes (5 cycles) of CPR on an adult resuscitation manikin that is placed on the floor.

                                    Licence & Regulatory Requirements:

                                    It is industry standard that this course is renewed every 12 months.

                                    If you require First Aid training in addition to your LVR/CPR training, enrol in the Combined Provide First Aid and Low Voltage Rescue course.

                                    On successful completion participants will be issued with a Statement of Attainment with the following units:

                                    HLTAID009 Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation
                                    UETDRRF004 Perform rescue from a live LV panel
