Price Match Guarantee

We will match a lower advertised price for an identical course offered by another private Australian RTO, subject to the conditions below. 

How it Works

  • Find an identical course offered by another private Australian RTO at a lower current advertised price.
  • Contact ATI on 1300 100 284 or [email protected] before you enrol.
  • Provide written proof of the competitor price — a working link or screenshot showing the course name, code, units of competency, delivery mode, location, start date and price.
  • ATI verifies the claim and confirms any matched price in writing before you enrol.
  • Price match claims must be submitted and approved prior to payment of course fees. Once fees are paid, the offer is void.

What counts as an “identical course”

  • Same nationally recognised course code and the same units of competency (different unit selections are not identical).
  • Same delivery mode (face-to-face cannot be matched against online or blended, and vice versa).
  • Same duration and contact hours (a 5-day course cannot be matched against a 3-day intensive).
  • Same inclusions — assessment, materials, certificate issuance and any equivalent post-course support.
  • Same start window — within 30 calendar days of your intended ATI start date.
  • For face-to-face delivery, the competitor’s training location must be within 150 km of the ATI campus where your course is delivered.
  • For non-accredited training, Like-for-like GST treatment — both prices compared inclusive of GST (or both exclusive).

What price match does not apply to

  • TAFE colleges, State-funded providers, and any government-run training program (price match applies between private RTOs only).
  • Government-funded or subsidised training (Queensland Career Start, User Choice, Skills Assure Supplier and equivalent programs).
  • Sale prices, EOFY / Black Friday / seasonal campaigns, scholarships, member or partner discounts, and bundle prices.
  • Group bookings, employer-funded enrolments, traineeships and tendered corporate rates.
  • Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) and Credit Transfer (CT) pathways.
  • Unregistered providers, providers operating outside scope, and offers not substantiated by a verifiable training.gov.au listing.

Discount Codes & Promotion

ATI publishes discount codes and promotional offers through its website, social media, marketing campaigns, partner organisations, and its Student Support team. Codes are applied at the time of enrolment and are subject to the conditions below and to the conditions of the specific promotion.

Conditions of use

  • Only a single discount code can be used per enrolment. Codes cannot be combined or stacked under any circumstance.
  • Discount codes are personal to the enrolling student and cannot be transferred or carried over to a future enrolment.
  • Codes cannot be used with payment plans or any delayed-payment arrangement — full payment at enrolment is required for the code to apply.
  • Codes do not apply retrospectively to enrolments already paid, and cannot be applied to government-funded enrolments, employer-funded bookings, traineeships, or RPL pathways unless the code expressly states otherwise.
  • ATI may withdraw, suspend, or change a discount code at any time. Codes that have been misused, on-sold, or fraudulently obtained will be cancelled.
