1. Australian Training Institute (ATI) Pty Ltd collects courses fees, from individual students, prior to training being provided.
2. Registrations are transferable up unit 7 working days prior to course commencement.
3. Cancellation received less than 2 working days prior to course commencement of enrolled course are non-refundable.
4. Cancellations/Transfers received between 2 to 7 working days prior to course commencement attract a 20% cancellation/transfer fee.
5. Cancellations prior to 7 working days to the commencement of the course will attract a 10% cancellation fee.
6. All online training courses and self-pace courses once commenced are non-refundable or transferable.
