This course delivered through a flexible 12-month, self-paced online program supported by qualified trainers and assessors.
Students can study at their own pace with access to all learning materials and assessments via the online student portal. We recommend allocating 15-25 hours per week depending on your experience, literacy level, and familiarity with WHS concepts.
Students may progress faster by dedicating additional time to their studies, as each module unlocks once the previous assessment is submitted.
Online training involves working through learning materials, completing theory assessments, workplace-based activities, and scenario-based tasks. Some assessments require demonstration of practical skills (e.g., consultation, hazard identification) which may involve interaction with others and video submission.
Students receive ongoing support from qualified assessors through the student portal, including clarification on course content, assessment guidance, and feedback.
Students have 12 months from enrolment to complete all course components. Extensions may be available in certain circumstances in line with extension policy.
