Your continued use of the Website constitutes your agreement to any changes we make to these Terms of Use.

1.1 Access to this Website is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Website, or any information or services described on it, without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts or all of our Website. 

1.2 This Website may contain links to other websites (Linked Sites), including our student management portal operated by aXcelerate, government websites, and funding body websites, which are not operated by us. We have no control over the Linked Sites and we accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them. 

  1. Course information and enrolment

2.1 Information on this Website about courses, qualifications, units of competency, entry requirements, fees, funding, schedules, locations and delivery modes is general information only, is subject to change without notice, and does not constitute an offer capable of acceptance. Course availability, fees and government funding eligibility are confirmed only through our enrolment process. 

2.2 Enrolment in any course is subject to our enrolment terms and conditions, refund and cancellation policy, and Student Handbook (Enrolment Terms), which are made available on this Website and during the enrolment process. To the extent of any conflict between these Terms of Use and the Enrolment Terms, the Enrolment Terms will take priority to the extent necessary to resolve the conflict. 

2.3 Eligibility for government-funded or subsidised training is determined by the relevant funding body’s criteria, not by ATI, and nothing on this Website is a representation that you are or will be eligible for funding. 

  1. Nationally recognised training and outcomes

3.1 ATI delivers nationally recognised training as a registered training organisation (RTO 30200) regulated by the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA). Issuance of any qualification or statement of attainment is subject to you being assessed as competent against the requirements of the relevant training product. 

3.2 Nothing on this Website is a representation or guarantee that completing a course will result in a licence, registration, employment, or any particular career or migration outcome. Occupational licences (for example, security licences) are granted by the relevant regulator at its discretion, and employment outcomes depend on factors outside ATI’s control. 

3.3 Nothing on this Website constitutes training, career, financial, legal or migration advice. You should make your own enquiries and seek advice appropriate to your circumstances before enrolling. 

  1. International visitors

4.1 ATI is not registered on the Commonwealth Register of Institutions and Courses for Overseas Students (CRICOS). The courses described on this Website are not offered or available to persons who require a student visa (subclass 500) to undertake study in Australia, and nothing on this Website is an offer or inducement to any person outside Australia to travel to Australia to study with ATI. 

4.2 If you hold a temporary visa, you are responsible for ensuring that your visa conditions permit you to undertake a course before enrolling. ATI does not provide immigration assistance or migration advice. 

  1. Intellectual property

5.1 All material on this Website, including the text, information, graphics, logos, design, layout, downloads, videos, pricing and course materials (Content) is owned by or licensed to ATI. You must not reproduce, transmit, adapt, distribute, sell, modify, publish or store Content or copies of the Content supplied to you for any purpose, without our prior written consent, or as permitted by law. 

5.2 Nationally recognised training products (including training packages and units of competency) referred to on this Website are published on the National Register of VET (training.gov.au) and are subject to their own licence terms. 

  1. Your conduct

6.1 You must not: 

(a) use the Website in breach of any laws or regulations; 

(b) use the Website to harm, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or offend others; 

(c) interfere with or disrupt the Website; 

(d) submit false, misleading or fraudulent information through any form, booking or enrolment function on the Website; or 

(e) attempt to affect the performance or functionality of any computer facilities of, or accessed through, the Website. 

6.2 Without limiting the above, you must not and must not permit a third party to: 

(a) use any method or process (including data scraping, web-bots, collection or accumulation tools, robots, spiders or scripted responses) for the purpose of obtaining, processing, copying, replicating, distributing, reconfiguring, republishing, viewing, assessing, analysing, modifying or repackaging the Content; 

(b) use, obtain, or attempt to obtain from the Website, information in order to identify or discover pricing or related business methodology or systems; or

7.1 Access to the student portal and learner management system linked from this Website is subject to any additional terms presented within that system. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account, and must notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorised use.

8.1 We take reports of abusive content and copyright infringement seriously. If you find any content on our Website that is incorrect or offensive, or suspect that content infringes your intellectual property rights, please notify us using the contact details below.
