We understand that choosing the right training provider is an important decision, and we want to ensure you receive the best value for your investment. That’s why we offer our Price Match Guarantee—if you find the same course offered at a lower price by another Registered Training Organisation (RTO) in Australia, we’ll match it!
What Courses Are Eligible?
To qualify for our Price Match Guarantee, the course must be:
- Identical to the one we offer, including the same course code for nationally recognized qualifications or units of competency for short courses.
- Delivered in the same format as our course—whether it’s online, in-person, or blended learning.
- Offered by an RTO registered in Australia and open for enrolments.

How to Claim Your Price Match
Claiming your price match is simple and hassle-free. Follow these steps:
- Find a Lower Price: Locate an identical course offered by another Australian RTO at a lower price.
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team with the details of the course and the competitor’s price. You can contact us via email at [email protected] or call us at 1300 100 284.
- Provide Proof: Share a link to the competitor’s course page that includes the course details and pricing.
- Verification: Our team will verify the information and confirm the price match.
Terms and Conditions
The Price Guarantee applies to identical courses only.
The competitor’s course must be active and open for enrolment.
The competitor must be a Registered Training Organisation based in Australia.
Price Guarantees for face-to-face courses must be within 150km of our campus (Albion, QLD, 4010).
The Price Guarantee does not apply to promotional offers, scholarships, or discounts.
Our decision on the price match claim is final.
